Introduction of computer
Computer is defined as an machine that takes input data and instructions from the user and after processing them,it generates useful and disired output quickly.
The computer is basically derived from the word “Computer” so it computer large amount of data and information quickly and accurately.
Also,it responds to specific set of instructions called programs.
That's are two basic parts of computer—The electronic circuitry known as hardware and application known as software.
The hardware consists of physical device suchas keyword; mouse, monitor, CPU, etc. And the software consist of a program that instruct the computer to perform specific tasks.
The hardware and software both are the essential part of a computer system because software alone cannot perform the task and hardware alone cannot do the job.
The hardware follows the instructions issued by the software.
The computer has become an integral part of our life because we use it in our day-to-day lives for sending mail, searching information on the website, paying electricity or telephone or bills, for online money transaction, ticket reservation, weather forecasting, etc.
The basic operations of the Cumputer system are described in the following sections
Basic computer operations
1.input :- It accept data and instructions through the input device such as keyboard, mouse, scanner, etc.,from the user to process it.
2.process and control :- It performs the actions as per the instructions issued and processes the given input data.
The processing may include arithmetic and logical operation. It also controls the overall operations like arithmetic and logical operation inside the computer
3.Storage :- it stores the data and the instructions for future execution.
4. Output :- it generates the disired after executing the instructions and processing the input data
